From June to mid September we offer a delicious array of cold soups that are very popular. We offer Gazpacho every day as well as another chilled variety.

Soup and Rustica Sandwich Platter
A 12 oz bowl of our award winning soup with a selection of our rustica sandwiches. Choose from chicken salad, tuna salad supreme, hamlet and the little Italy. Feeds 10 people.

Ultimate Vegetable Roll-Up
Marjorie’s favorite. Whole wheat lavash bread is sprinkled with baby greens, julienne carrots, diced cucumbers, sliced mushrooms, scallions, diced red peppers, broccoli sprouts, crumbled French feta cheese and served with a side of our house lite lemon mustard vinaigrette.

Grilled Chicken and Avocado
Armenian lavash bread is spread with Boursoin Cheese. We then add baby greens, juicy tomato and marinated sliced grilled chicken breast and top it with avocado slices.

Roast Turkey and Havarti
Turkey breast is sliced and placed on Armenian lavash bread with baby greens, sliced tomatoes sliced Danish Havarti cheese and drizzled with whole grain pommeray mustard.

Salad Platters

Garden Patch
Fresh from the garden, mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, sweet red onion, Holland red and yellow peppers and dressed with a house-blend dressing and topped with crispy croutons.

Mediterranean Salad
Fresh spinach with red and yellow peppers, artichoke hearts, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, French feta cheese and crispy croutons. Best with our lite lemon mustard vinaigrette.

Caesar
Crisp romaine, Radicchio, shaved Parmesan, crunchy croutons and our award-winning house-blend Caesar dressing with a lemon garnish.

Chicken Parmesan Salad
A platter of mixed greens, shaved parmesan cheese, grape tomatoes and topped with a parmesan breaded chicken breast.  Best with creamy shallot dressing.

Our delicious Supreme blend includes all white tuna with sweet onion and celery, Red pepper relish seasoned and dressed in a light coating of mayonnaise.

Our potato salad changes with the season. Sometimes we use sweet bliss potatoes and sometimes we use bliss.

Sweet Touches
All of our homemade dessert are individually wrapped and tied with ribbons. Your dessert can either be eaten on the spot or saved for later to remember that special luncheon.
